Brandy

Meet Brandy, a lovely small-to-medium crossbreed who was rescued from a kill shelter in Romania by one of our kind supporters. Brandy hasn’t had the easiest start in life and is easily spooked at the moment, he is looking for a calm, quiet home with patient owners who will give him the time and reassurance he needs to settle. Someone with foreign dog experience would be ideal. He has made friends with a few of our staff, (all women) and he is now comfortable enough to play, have a fuss, take treats and is a very happy boy with all his favourite people, it just shows how much potential he has. Sadly he is not comfortable walking on a lead yet, but we are progressing slowly each week. A secure home with a secure garden is essential for Brandy as walks are not possible at the moment. He is friendly with dogs and cats and will need another dog in his new home to help him feel comfortable. Brandy is a real character when he gets to know you, he makes us smile daily, away from kennel life we feel he will really thrive. Worth the wait: Several visits before adoption. Ongoing training commitment.
