Get your rescue's animals listed free
LocalPetFinder helps people across the UK find rescue dogs, cats and rabbits near them. We don't charge rescues anything, and we don't rehome animals ourselves: every animal we show links straight back to the rescue's own page, where people apply to adopt.
How listing works
- We read rescues' public adoption pages automatically and show each animal's name, photos, age, breed and description, with the rescue's name and a link to its own listing.
- Animals appear on the pages for the town, city and county where the rescue has them, so local adopters find them, and they drop off our pages when they leave your adoption pages.
- We respect each website's robots.txt, keep our requests gentle, and never ask adopters to pay us.
- We never list animals of a banned type, and we list rescues and rehoming centres only, not private sales.
Want to be added, or removed?
If your rescue would like its animals listed, tell us the web address of your adoption pages. If you would rather we didn't list your animals, tell us and we will remove them the same day we receive your request, and stop reading your site.
