About Kong

Kong is a 2-year-old big boy with so much love to give. Originally found as a stray, he spent many weeks waiting for a space in our rescue and coped brilliantly throughout. He’s a real softie with people, loves affection, and is always happy to share a few kisses! He is great in a home environment, loves his home comforts and keeping himself occupied with his toys. Kong has been fully assessed and vet-checked. He will need an experienced, confident handler who can manage his strength, and a home where he is the only pet, as he isn’t comfortable around other dogs. With no known history, we are also looking for an adult-only home with no children to ensure everyone feels safe and settled. Kong deserves a loving forever home with someone who understands his needs and will give him the chance to thrive. Worth the wait: Several visits before adoption. Ongoing training commitment.
