Are there French Bulldog puppies for adoption in England?

Do French Bulldogs have breathing problems?

They are prone to them. French Bulldogs are among the flat-faced breeds PDSA says are commonly affected by BOAS (brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome), whose signs include noisy breathing, being unable or unwilling to exercise and struggling in hot weather. The University of Cambridge BOAS research group names the French bulldog as a brachycephalic breed, and notes that not all brachycephalic dogs show clinical signs.
