About Milo

I will need an adult-only home that understands me. I will need to be the only dog in my new home, so all of the attention is on me! I will need an extra secure garden, at least 6ft+ where I will be safe! I walk well on a lead but will need my adopters to be understanding of my needs! I have lived in a home before so may I may already know the basics. I will be neutered before finding my forever home! 06-10-26 Milo is a super sweet boy who has come to us from a home through no fault of his own. Sadly, he has already been through more changes than a young dog should have to, and he is understandably a little worried in new environments. He takes a lot of comfort from people he knows, but once he feels comfortable, his fun and affectionate personality really starts to shine. Milo is an incredibly sweet boy who absolutely loves being close to his people and thinks he is the perfect lap dog! He is happiest when he can have a cuddle and will happily climb up for a lap sit. He is a sensitive little soul and will need a kind and patient home where he can continue to build his confidence and learn that he is safe and secure. Milo will be looking for a home where he can be the only dog and get all the fuss and attention for himself. We are told that he has had a previous incident with a cat and so he cannot be homed with cats or small furries and must be kept on lead unless in a secure area. Milo has missed out on some socialisation, but he is currently working on his social skills and is making lovely progress. He can happily walk alongside calm dogs and has had some nice greetings. He doesn't always know what to make of other dogs yet and can sometimes get a little carried away when mixing, but with continued positive socialisation we are sure his confidence will grow. He can also react if another dog barks at him first while on lead, so his new family will need to understand this and help him learn how to navigate these situations. Milo will need an adult-only home with people who have experience of bull breeds and understand what sensitive souls they can be. Although he is a wonderful boy, he would not be suitable for a first time dog owner. He will need a kind and patient family who can give him time to settle and continue building his confidence. He will also need the time he is left home alone built up gradually as he settles into his new home. Milo will need an extra secure garden of at least 6ft to keep him safe, as he is a young and active boy who could be an escape artist if given the opportunity. Milo is such a lovely young boy who has already been through so much change. With the right family, patience and continued socialisation, we know he will make a wonderful companion and be the loving, fun little lap dog he is so desperate to be.
