About Fig

I’d like a home filled with love and kindness! I need a doggy friend in my new home. I haven’t met cats so I’m unsure. I'd like a secure garden to potter around in. I haven't tried walks yet, a secure garden will be fine for now. Please be patient with me, I need to learn house training and lead walking. I have been spayed & have had 1 tooth removed. Read below for more! 27-10-26 Fig is a lovely, sweet girl who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a new start. She has a shy little demeanour but is not a particularly scared girl. Fig will gently approach us for a sniff and seems to really want to be our friend, even if she is not quite brave enough to take things any further just yet. With a little time and encouragement, we hope she will become more comfortable and let us see more of her lovely personality. Fig gets on wonderfully with her kennel friends and relies on their company for comfort, so she will need a kind resident dog in her new home to help guide her and give her the reassurance she needs as she settles in and finds her paws. As Fig has never lived in a home before, she will need to learn all about house training, lead training and the other basics of home life. Her new family will need to be patient and give her time to adjust to her new surroundings and learn at her own pace. Fig is a gentle girl who seems keen to make friends, and we hope that with the support of a reassuring canine companion and a loving family, she will grow in confidence and discover how lovely life in a home can be. Fig has had one tooth removed at the time of her spay and is receiving medicated baths for sore skin. Fig has been given the Gift of Life by Hilary Thomas
