Nellie & Nancy

It’s time to find this dynamic duo a home of their own! Both arrived together as unclaimed strays, they are around 6 months old and an absolute joy! We would ideally like them to go together as they really are the best of friends, so we will prioritise homes offering both a home. Nellie and Nancy were extremely nervous when they arrived and had obviously never been socialised with people. They are still timid with strangers and will need a patient home to give them time to settle and adjust. Neither had ever walked on a lead and this is work in progress! They are super dog friendly and are happiest in the company of other dogs. They mix really well with everyone and get their confidence from the more confident dogs. We would like there to be a confident resident dog in their new home, someone they can follow and learn from. I have a feeling they’d be very interested in cats! Children in the home would need to be over 8y.o. Nellie and Nancy love the outdoors, watching them running around our secure field chasing each other really brings a smile to my face! They will literally entertain each other for hours and after a good run they’re then happy to snuggle up on the sofa! They both travel quietly in the car. They will not be used to built up areas. I really don’t think either have seen much of the outside world and it’s all new to them. So whoever adopts them will need to be patient and give them time. I must admit I love these two little rascals, they are funny, super cute and have lots of character! Someone is going to be very lucky indeed to welcome them into their home
