Annie

Annie may be petite, but she's certainly making a big impression on our volunteers! This sweet, happy girl has already shown us what a wonderful personality she has, and she's taking her new adventures in her stride. Annie recently enjoyed a trip to a busy local boating festival, where she was an absolute star. She jumped enthusiastically into the car, settled quickly for the journey and was happy to explore everything the event had to offer. She met dogs of all shapes and sizes, including a tiny Jack Russell cross, and took every encounter in her stride. She happily walked alongside her new four-legged friends and showed no signs of concern around the many other dogs she met. Annie also loved meeting people, particularly the children! She happily accepted fuss from everyone and even sought out attention from people passing by. She's a lovely girl to walk, although she can occasionally need a little encouragement when something unfamiliar catches her attention. And then there's food! Annie absolutely loves her treats and was particularly interested in the pork scratching stall at the festival. Her enthusiasm for food could be a real advantage when it comes to training. Annie is a friendly, affectionate and cheerful little greyhound who has already shown great confidence in busy surroundings.
