About Lola, Lena and Luna
Meet Luna, Lola and Lena Three Little Cuddle Monsters Looking for Love!
Ready for: Their forever homes!
These four gorgeous girls have already had a rather tough start to life. Found abandoned between a road and a river, and without their mum, they were taken into the care of the shelter we work with. Thankfully, their story is now taking a much happier turn, and they are ready to find families of their very own!
So, what are they like? Simply delightful! Luna, Lola, Lena and Lyra have been an absolute joy. They have been lovely with everyone they have met, including people, children and other dogs. They are affectionate, sociable little girls who seem to love everyone and are very happy to make new friends. If you are looking for a puppy who enjoys cuddles, these girls certainly fit the bill – they are real little cuddle monsters!
They have also been surprisingly good in their kennels.
They are not destructive and have been so grateful for their blankets and comfy bedding.
Even during a storm, they coped brilliantly, showing just how lovely and adaptable these little characters can be.
What sort of home are they looking for?
These girls could suit a variety of homes, with or without another dog.
They have been great with children, so sensible, dog-aware children should be absolutely fine, provided introductions and interactions are always managed appropriately.
They have not been cat-tested, but we feel they may be able to live with cats in the right circumstances, with careful, gradual introductions and appropriate supervision.
As with any young puppy, they will need a family who has the time and patience to help them learn all about life in a home.
Toilet training is still a work in progress, although they have done very well during their time with us.
They will also need to learn about walking nicely on a lead, alongside all the other important lessons that come with growing up.
Ideally a home with a secure garden will allow them a safe space to work on their training.
We expect them to grow into lovely medium-sized dogs, but as we do not know their parentage, we cannot guarantee their adult size.
A note about their veterinary care Luna, Lola, Lena and Lyra are currently around four months old. They are not yet spayed because they are too young, so spaying will be a requirement of their adoption contract once they are old enough.
Could one of these lovely girls be the missing piece of your family?
They have already shown themselves to be affectionate, friendly and wonderfully good-natured puppies. Now they need families who will continue to help them grow, learn and discover all the wonderful things life has to offer.
If you think you could offer Luna, Lola, Lena or Lyra the loving home they deserve, please visit www.savingandrehomingstrays.org to find out more about our adoption process.
All four puppies are at our rescue in Ayr and are ready for their new homes. Adopters must be able to travel to Ayr for a meet and greet and collection.
A home check and adoption donation apply. Their new families must also be happy to fulfil the spaying requirement in their adoption contract. Please help us find these four little cuddle monsters the wonderful futures they deserve! 💕
