Bruce

Brilliant Bruce is looking for a home with plenty of fun walks, some tasty treats for training and of course plenty of cuddles! being a somewhat ‘typical’ staffy type, Bruce is full of beans and can occasionally forget his manners, closely followed by giving the best snuggles with zero personal space awareness. He will happily squeeze on your lap and will sit and have neck scratches for as long as you will allow. Bruce can be a worrier sometimes and is a bit of a sensitive sole so is looking for a calmer household with a family who are around for good portions of the day. We do feel he has the potential to be left for a couple of hours but generally prefers to have some human company. Bruce would also like to be the only pet in his new home. He does have some social skills and can walk nicely with calmer/ confident dogs but doesn’t quite have the social education needed to share his space. Bruce would love to have some walking buddies when settled and would benefit from further socialisation around other dogs. Bruce also loves his toys and enjoys playing fetch and tuggy with the staff here. He will happily swap his toys for other toys and treats. He already knows some lovely basic obedience skills also and does the cutest ‘high five’. As mentioned, Bruce can be a bit of a sensitive lad so would like all of the humans in his new home to be over the age of 14. Ideally he would like a calm and consistent environment where he can be offered lots of predictability. Bruce would like a private, secure garden to be able to have a potter in and would prefer to live in a quieter location.
