About Apollo

Apollo is a 3-year-old Huntaway x Husky with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This handsome boy is full of character and loves nothing more than spending time with his favourite people, especially if cuddles on the sofa are involved! Apollo is a clever lad who already knows some basic obedience, including sit, paw, and lie down, and he’s always keen to learn more. He enjoys having things to do and would thrive with owners who can continue his training and provide him with plenty of mental stimulation. A playful and clever lad, Apollo absolutely adores his toys and especially enjoys games of chase — although bringing the toy back is still very much a work in progress! Due to his larger size and excitable nature, Apollo can sometimes be a little bouncy and jumpy when he’s enjoying himself. Being a mix of two very clever and active breeds, Apollo will need his new owners to be prepared to ‘think outside the box’ when it comes to keeping this handsome boy suitably entertained. He’s looking for an active family and would make for a great adventure buddy! Although Apollo likes people and enjoys affection, he can occasionally feel a little worried, particularly with overhandling, so he’s looking for an adult-only home where his boundaries will be understood and respected. Apollo would prefer to be the only pet in the home so he can enjoy all the attention to himself, although he could have some calm walking friends out and about. He could also be left for a few hours once settled into his new routine. Apollo is searching for a patient and understanding home that will give him the love he deserves
