About The Grand Old Duke of York

Meet The Grand Old Duke of York, A lovely 2-3 year old Yorkshire terrier. This little man is very new to us so we haven’t had much of a chance to get to know him yet, but our kennel team has said he is a sweet boy! Unfortunately The Grand Old Duke of York has a luxating patella, a common condition in some breeds that means his knee cap is unstable. This will require surgery that we would prefer for him to have once he in a home, so he can have the safe and quiet recovery he needs. This would be done at one of our partner vets in North London and will be covered by All Dogs Matter. The Grand Old Duke of York will need a quiet home with someone willing to help him through the recovery and take him to his follow up vet appointments.
