About Lottie and Lyla
Lottie & Lyla — Two Spicy Sweethearts Ready to Bloom
Lottie and Lyla are two young sisters with a dash of sass, a sprinkle of nerves, and a whole lot of blossoming potential. Shelter life has them feeling shy and overwhelmed, but underneath those cautious exteriors are two curious little hearts just waiting for the right humans to help them shine.
They may shy away from attention right now, but they can be stroked — they’re simply still deciding whether this whole “being petted” thing is delightful or suspicious. In the right home, these girls could absolutely transform into cuddly companions… once they’ve completed their personal “trust‑the‑humans” training programme.
Meet the Girls
Lyla (tabby & white) The gentler sister. Nervous, yes — but she’ll accept a soft stroke and is slowly realising that humans might actually be okay. She’s the quiet thinker of the duo, watching the world carefully and learning at her own pace.
Lottie (black & white) The drama queen. The sass machine. The ear‑flattening, grumble‑mumbling, “I’m not sure about this but fine, go on then” sister. She allows strokes, she just insists on adding theatrical commentary. Beneath the attitude is a girl who’s genuinely trying her best to figure out affection.
What They Need
These two weren’t strays — they came from a home but weren’t well socialised, so the shelter has been a big, scary adjustment. Getting back into a real home environment would be a huge relief for them.
They’re looking for:
A calm, quiet, adult-only home
Experienced cat people who understand that trust grows slowly
A safe indoor lifestyle (they’re used to being indoors)
A larger home with plenty of space to run, play, and enjoy enrichment
Humans who appreciate toys, treats, and the joy of watching shy cats blossom
With patience, kindness, and a gentle routine, Lottie and Lyla will begin to bloom — and witnessing that transformation will be one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever have.
If you believe in second chances and have room in your heart for two spicy little sweethearts, Lottie and Lyla are ready to start their new chapter with you.
