About Belinda and Blaise

Belinda and Blaise are the ultimate mother–daughter duo: inseparable, adorable, and absolutely convinced that the world makes more sense when they’re side by side. Belinda, the mum, is a stunning long‑haired black‑and‑white beauty who looks like she should be reclining on a velvet chaise. Blaise, her short‑haired mini‑me, may be the same size now, but she still dashes to Mum for reassurance like a toddler who’s heard a suspicious noise in the hallway. These two started life in a young feral colony, but honestly, they’re about as feral as a pair of marshmallows. They’re nervous, yes. Fans of being touched, not yet. Aggressive? Not even a little. They’re gentle souls who simply need time to realise that humans can be pretty great. Belinda does need regular brushing to avoid turning into a glamorous but slightly dishevelled cloud. She’s still deciding whether brushing is a spa treatment or a personal insult. Blaise, with her sleek short coat, is the lower‑maintenance member of the family. One thing is non‑negotiable: they cannot be only cats. They adore each other, they enjoy other feline company, and they thrive in a home where their bond is celebrated, not split. Their perfect human is someone who truly gets shy cats—someone patient, kind, and willing to give them the time and space they need to blossom into the cuddly house cats they’re destined to be. They need a calm, child‑free home with plenty of indoor space to explore, stretch out, and feel safe. A small flat simply won’t give these two the room they need to relax and grow. Give them love, patience, and a peaceful home, and this mother–daughter team will reward you with the quiet, heart‑melting joy that only the shyest cats can bring.
