About Kenny

Kenny is a lovely, energetic 2-year-old Standard Poodle × Lurcher who is looking for a new home with training-minded owners. He is an intelligent, active boy who will thrive with people who enjoy getting out and about and are willing to continue his training and help him develop his confidence and life skills. Kenny would love an active home where he can enjoy plenty of exercise, mental stimulation and positive, reward-based training. Home Compatibility Children: 10 Years + Dogs: Not to live with – high arousal around other dogs Cats: No Other Pets: (if applicable): No – prey drive too high Home Alone Time Comfortable being left: Yes Maximum Known Duration: has been left for full working day previously, would recommend 4 hours Training and Behaviour Car Travel: Good has had previous experience in the car Recall: Would need to be worked on – needs to be in secure field for offlead Housetrained: Yes Lead Walking: Strong on the lead – currently being walked on a gentle leader Reactivity Towards Dogs: Some dog reactivity – needs further training on this which St Francis will give support to a new owner with. Kenny is highly trainable and needs consistent training techniques.
