About Sian
❤️🐾 MEET SIAN – A VERY SPECIAL GIRL LOOKING FOR HER FOREVER HOME 🐾❤️
Some dogs just steal your heart, and Sian is most definitely one of them.
Sian came into our care as a found stray. She had ended up in Corran Kennels, and Kerry kindly contacted us to ask if we could take this lovely girl in. Of course, we said yes!
And what a little darling she has turned out to be.
Sian has limited vision. She can see a little, and enough to find her way around her surroundings without too many difficulties. She certainly knows her way to the food bin! 😂❤️
Her sight loss doesn’t define her, but it is something her future family will need to understand and accommodate.
Personality-wise, Sian is an absolute sweetheart. A little kelpie x She is incredibly affectionate, loves her people dearly and is a super cuddly girl who seems to adore everyone she meets.
She’s shown very little interest in other dogs, so with careful and sensible introductions, we feel she could potentially share her home with another dog. Equally, she’d be perfectly happy as an only dog.
Sian has also been keeping her bedroom beautifully clean, which is another little bonus!
So, what does this special girl need?
🏡 A committed, understanding family who will give her time to settle.
❤️ Someone who appreciates that her limited vision means she may need a little extra patience while she learns her new surroundings.
👧 Children aged 12+ who understand that sometimes Sian may need a little space and quiet time.
🐾 Potentially another calm dog following careful introductions, or equally happy as the only dog.
Most importantly, Sian needs someone who will see beyond her sight loss and recognise the beautiful, affectionate little soul she is.
She may need a little longer to find her paws in a new home, but once she feels safe and knows her surroundings, we have no doubt she’ll reward her family with so much love.
She’s a darling of a dog, and we would absolutely love to see her find the special home she deserves.
Could you be the person who gives Sian her happy ever after? ❤️
