About Topsy

Topsy came to the rescue as an unclaimed stray, who had nowhere to shelter in the middle of winter. She's friendly and enjoys company, but she is also a diva and will make sure everything is done the way she wants it! She needs a cat-savvy home who will appreciate her quirky ways.
