The Ragdoll is a large, semi-longhaired cat with blue eyes. The Governing Council of the Cat Fancy (GCCF), which registers pedigree cats in the UK, says it has "an easy, laid-back temperament" and in general loves interaction with people and other animals, and that Ragdolls should be relaxed, gentle and easy to handle. They take up to four years to reach full maturity.

Not as a rule. The GCCF says the floppiness that gave the breed its name is "pure hype", and that the claim Ragdolls have a low pain threshold is "positively dangerous", because Ragdolls are no different in their physical responses from any other breed. How relaxed a cat is depends a lot on how it was raised and handled.
Often. PDSA says Ragdolls are usually happy to jump onto your lap or into your bed to be close to you, and are unlikely to be far from you in the house. Ask the rescue how this cat likes to be handled.
It depends on the cat, not the breed. None of the 1 Ragdolls listed in and around London is marked by its rescue as able to live with children today. Where a profile says nothing, ask the rescue what age of children the cat could live with.

The fee usually covers neutering, microchipping and first vaccinations, and each rescue confirms its own fee.

If you searched "ragdoll kittens for sale London", the Ragdolls here are the rescue route: you apply to the rescue and pay its adoption fee, not a sale price. In England, Lucy's Law has meant since 6 April 2020 that kittens under six months can't be sold by a third party such as a pet shop or dealer: you buy direct from the breeder or adopt from a rehoming centre.
