About Minnie

Say hi to Minnie, She was brought into the rescue as a PTS risk due to having ongoing skin issues that her previous owner could not cope with. It’s heart breaking to think this beautiful little lady could have left this world early. She is a very social cat. Minnie loves to involve herself in everything even when her assistance isn’t required! Her favourite pastime is sitting in laps or directly in front of people and getting lots of pets and pampering. Her second favourite is being cheeky and trying to grab a bite of our food. Minnie’s battles with her skin condition are drawing to a close. She has dramatically improved since first arriving here now that she has access to the care she needed. We are now looking to lower her medication and see whether she can come off it entirely in the future. As she is on medication, she has not yet been vaccinated, which means she would need to stay as an indoor cat for at least the time being. It is possible she may require an indoor only home long term. Minnie is quite the laid back cat and would likely tolerate living with kids well. Whilst she is seemingly unphased by other cats and may even tolerate dogs, she is also quite eager to steal food so it would be best if she is the only pet in the household. She currently eats food catered to her needs so she needs a strict diet. If you feel you could offer her a loving home, please fill out an application form here
