About Roxy

Roxy and her sister Hazel have come into rescue as retired breeding bitches, and although they are used to each other, we are not seeking to re-home them as a pair. However, both are used to canine company and would do well with another dog in the family as a canine mentor. She loves other dogs but is also extremely affectionate towards people and loves a cuddle! She is a happy, friendly dog with a constantly wagging tail, and has a really delightful temperament. Roxy has not lived with children so we would not wish to place her with youngsters under 10 years. She has not lived with cats or small pets. She has been used to living with other dogs, and mixes happily at the rescue centre with other dogs of all shapes and sizes! Roxy walks nicely on the lead and is a really good girl to handle, but she will not have learned much about the wider world so will need a calm, empathic and experienced dog owner to help her adjust, She is a beautiful dog, very eager to please, so will enjoy learning all about life.
