About Kitty

Story: I was handed into a vets by a member of the public, and I’m now looking for a special home where I can feel safe, secure and loved. What I Need: I need a really patient and understanding home where I can take my time learning to trust you. I’m a very timid girl, so I’ll need someone who understands that confidence takes time and who will let me progress at my own pace. My Personality: I’m a very nervous and timid girl, and it has taken a few weeks for me to begin trusting my foster mum. But look at the progress I’ve made! I now come out of hiding to greet my foster mum, and I even make a lovely little chirping noise to say hello! Patience really is the key to my heart. I may take a little while to feel comfortable, but once I know you’re my safe place, I’ll reward you with precious purrs and gentle head bumps. Can I live with…? Other cats? No, I need to be the only cat. Dogs? No, I need a dog-free home. Children? No, I need an adult-only home where life is calm and quiet. Indoor or outdoor home? I could live as an indoor-only cat, or in a home where I eventually have access to the outdoors. If you plan to let me outside, I MUST be kept safely indoors for at least 6 months or longer while I settle in and build a bond with you.
