Amara

Amara is a beautiful young lurcher, roughly 10 months to 1 year old, who is now looking for her perfect forever home. She is a fun, lively girl with lots of energy, so she will need an owner who can give her the exercise and stimulation she craves. Amara would thrive in an active home where she can enjoy outlets such as flyball, canicross, agility, or other dog sports. She loves to be busy and will need plenty of daily exercise alongside mental enrichment to keep her happy and settled. She is good with other dogs and could potentially live with a suitable canine companion following introductions. However, due to her natural instincts, she cannot live with small furries. Amara could live with children aged 10+, providing they are sensible and respectful around dogs. She is a food-motivated girl, which will be a great help with ongoing training. She already knows to sit and will happily give you her paw. As she is still very young, she does need some continued training and guidance, but she is eager to learn and has lots of potential in the right hands. Amara is looking for a committed home that understands the needs of a young lurcher and can offer her the time, patience, exercise, and love she deserves.
