About Ruby
Ruby is a lovely young SBT crossbreed who is looking for a calm, understanding home where she can feel safe and build her confidence. She is undersocialised and can be wary of strangers, but once you gain her trust you see her cheeky, playful side.
Ruby can be reactive on lead towards other dogs due to past negative experiences and will need slow, positive introductions to help her feel more comfortable. She will also need support with all her basic training, including housetraining, lead walking, recall and general confidence building.
Ruby is looking for a patient owner who will take things at her pace and provide a quiet predictable environment. She will need a child-free, cat-free home with a secure garden as she can be easily spooked and can be skittish when frightened. With time, kindness and consistency, Ruby has the potential to become a truly wonderful canine companion.
Ruby was returned to us due a change in circumstances.
