About Tilly

People – Tilly is a very sweet girl who loves people, she enjoys a cuddle and loves to be with her humans. She is a little apprehensive of strangers, but she really wants to be friends. She will vie for attention and jumps up in eagerness to interact Can I live with children – We have a limited history for her so would advise older children or occasional visiting grandchildren with adequate supervision Can I live with other dogs –Tilly has lived with another dog and is in foster with other dogs, she also has the potential to be an only dog provided she has lots of human companionship. She settles easily with other dogs and is happy to share a bed and cuddle up Can I live with cats – A feline free home for Tilly please as we do not know what she would be like with cats Health – Tilly does have a heart murmur, currently no need for medication. This will not be covered by insurance so please consider the additional costs if she requires medication in the future Out and about – She walks well on lead and is confident and social out and about. She loves going on walks and sniffing things, also in the garden. She takes no notice of traffic. Tilly is making great progress as she has not been walked for some time. She travels well in the car she is settled and calm In the home – She has adjusted well in foster, she had the odd accident as she adjusted – this was to be expected given her home situation. She is confident with all household sights and sounds and greets visitors to the home enthusiastically after having a bark to let you know someone is at the door. She loves treats and snuggles on the sofa. Type of home – Tilly would like new owners who are around for a good part of the day, a social and confident resident dog would be great. She enjoys her walks and it is essential she maintains a healthy weight to assist her heart. She had to be clipped right back on arrival as her coat was severely matted, going forward she will need regular grooming and clipping – please do consider the additional costs as this will be a lifetime requirement Tilly has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatments, she has also had her teeth scaled and polished PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL CONSIDER ALL APPLICATIONS IF THEY MATCH THE RE HOMING CRITERIA AS PLACED. IF YOU APPLY AND DO NOT MATCH THE HOMING CRITERIA YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE REJECTED Potential adopters will be expected to travel to Faversham Kent to meet Tilly Before you head off, please consider helping us by donating just £2 towards Tilly’s care and rehoming costs Text SUPPORTME to 70085 or scan the QR code below to generate the text message and press send to donate Texts will cost the £2 donation plus one standard network rate message https://prodogsdirect.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2026/11/5a12be55-7846-45cf-b0fb-2bd2bba80411.mp4
