About Master

When Master joined us he was in a very poor state, having not seen the vet for many years. He had very bad ear infections, dental issues, and grooming needs. Not only were his veterinary needs neglected but he’d also received very little training and socialisation. Master is a people pleaser! He really enjoys human company and can provide an endless supply of cuddles. That’s when he’s not busy showing off his clever brain of course! He’s a fantastic, energetic, and happy young man who loves to please. Master has come on leaps and bounds from the neglected condition he arrived in, and has really thrived since having a consistent routine and care. He’s been loving seeing how fun life can be! His foster carers shared that he “makes us laugh every day”—and really, what more could you want?! Master is a typical cocker spaniel. He’s a busy boy, always on the go, full of energy, and loves getting out in nature. He’s looking for an active, experienced, rural home that doesn’t want to take him to busy areas (such as cafes and restaurants) which will likely overwhelm him. Master’s still learning the ropes but with the right support he’s going to be an amazing adventure buddy! Master would be best as an only dog. He has been living with other pooches but he has shown signs of resource guarding around other dogs as he loves to keep his favourite people and toys all to himself. Health – Master is likely to need ongoing maintenance to keep his ears healthy. He sadly had to have a partial tail amputation due to a historic injury but this won’t cause him any issues moving forward.
