Rabbit rescues around Preston
Rabbit Rescue North West is a home-based foster rescue, and some of its rabbits stay with fosterers around Preston and Leyland. It charges £100 for one rabbit or £200 for a pair, neutered and vaccinated, home checks every adopter, and bonds a new rabbit with yours at no extra charge.
Carla Lane Animals in Need at Melling rehomes its rabbits as pairs or as company for a rabbit you already have. Applications go to the rescue itself; we only list the rabbits.

Are there rabbits for sale in Preston?
Not on LocalPetFinder. All the rabbits shown here are in rescue care, and a rescue charges an adoption fee rather than a sale price. If you searched "rabbits for sale Preston", these are the rescue route instead.
Where can I adopt a rabbit near Preston?
Rabbit Rescue North West has fosterers around Preston and Leyland and charges £100 a rabbit or £200 a pair. Carla Lane Animals in Need at Melling lists rabbits with us too.
Can I adopt a single rabbit near Preston?
Generally only as a companion for one you have: Rabbit Rescue North West rehomes a single rabbit only to join another single rabbit, and bonds them for you.
LocalPetFinder and other pet sites

Is LocalPetFinder the same as Petfinder?
No. LocalPetFinder is an independent UK website and is not connected with Petfinder. We bring together dogs, cats and rabbits from UK rescues and rehoming centres, and every profile links to the rescue that cares for the animal, so you apply with them directly.
How is LocalPetFinder different from Pets4Homes?
Pets4Homes describes itself as the UK’s largest online pet marketplace, connecting buyers with breeders as well as shelters and charities. LocalPetFinder is for adoption: our listings come from rescues and rehoming centres and from owners rehoming their own pet, each checked by a reviewer before it goes live. We do not take adverts from breeders.
Can I find RSPCA animals on LocalPetFinder?
No. We do not list the RSPCA’s animals, at its national centres or its branches. To see them, use RSPCA Find a Pet, the RSPCA’s own search for animals in its centres and branches across England and Wales.
