None of the rabbit rescues we list is inside the City of Liverpool. Freshfields Animal Rescue has its Liverpool centre at Ince Blundell in Sefton, Warrington Animal Welfare is at Warrington, Tails Animal Rescue keeps its animals with volunteer fosterers around Northwich, and Rabbit Rescue North West keeps its rabbits in foster homes. You apply to the rescue that cares for the rabbit: we don't rehome rabbits ourselves.
Freshfields Animal Rescue asks £130 for a pair of rabbits, or £70 for a single rabbit, a price that includes bonding it with your own rabbit on site. Warrington Animal Welfare asks £90 a pair, and Rabbit Rescue North West £100 for a single rabbit or £200 for a pair, with its rabbits vaccinated and neutered before they go. Tails Animal Rescue says all its animals are subject to a donation and gives no amount.
Each rescue runs its own process. Freshfields Animal Rescue takes rabbit applications through its Bunny Bonding form, and viewing is by appointment. Warrington Animal Welfare starts with an enquiry on the animal's profile, then a phone call, a meeting, a reservation and a home check. Rabbit Rescue North West home checks everyone before they can adopt.

No. We don't list animals for sale. Every rabbit on this page is with a rescue, and rescues rehome rabbits rather than selling them, for an adoption fee or donation: Freshfields Animal Rescue asks £130 for a pair, Warrington Animal Welfare £90 a pair and Rabbit Rescue North West £200 a pair. If you searched "rabbits for sale Liverpool", the rabbits here are the rescue route: you apply to the rescue and pay its fee, not a sale price.
With the rescues around the city that list their rabbits with us: Freshfields Animal Rescue at Ince Blundell in Sefton, Warrington Animal Welfare at Warrington, Tails Animal Rescue, whose fosterers are around Northwich, and Rabbit Rescue North West, whose rabbits live in foster homes. You apply to the rescue that cares for the rabbit, and each runs its own adoption process.
Usually to join a rabbit you already have. Freshfields Animal Rescue asks £70 for a single rabbit, a price that includes bonding it with your own rabbit on site, and Warrington Animal Welfare asks £50 for a single rabbit if you have one to bond it with.

No. LocalPetFinder is an independent UK website and is not connected with Petfinder. We bring together dogs, cats and rabbits from UK rescues and rehoming centres, and every profile links to the rescue that cares for the animal, so you apply with them directly.
Pets4Homes describes itself as the UK’s largest online pet marketplace, connecting buyers with breeders as well as shelters and charities. LocalPetFinder is for adoption: our listings come from rescues and rehoming centres and from owners rehoming their own pet, each checked by a reviewer before it goes live. We do not take adverts from breeders.
No. We do not list the RSPCA’s animals, at its national centres or its branches. To see them, use RSPCA Find a Pet, the RSPCA’s own search for animals in its centres and branches across England and Wales.
