Teddy

RESERVED This adorable little chap is just a year old and came to Foal as his family felt that he needs more than what they could offer him. Ted adores attention and being close to you. Being a youngster, his excitement does get the better of him at times and he can be a little mouthy when over aroused. He is a very fun dog and loves a game of fetch but can be reluctant to give the ball back! Being a Yorkshire Terrier cross, Ted has recently had a groom and his coat will require regular maintenance to keep him comfortable. He enjoys a brush but can be a little evasive around his tail and feet. He has assessed well with other dogs and could certainly share a new home where there is an existing dog to show him the ropes. Ted is a little cautious of other animals around the farm such as the horses, but with some gentle persuasion, he will pass them albeit quickly. He does require some confidence building but looks to his handler for guidance. He is happy to be told he is a good boy! In typical Terrier style, Ted has shown interest in cats and small animals where he is ready to chase them, so potential homes would need to be free of any of these temptations. Teddy has so much potential and will make a wonderful addition to an active family.
