About Basil

Basil is a very sweet cat of around one year old who is looking for a loving, understanding home where he can feel safe and secure. Basil was found by a member of the public, alone and terrified in an empty flat, and brought to a veterinary practice because he was not moving and they thought he might be injured. Thankfully, he was physically fine. Very sadly, he had simply frozen in fear, too frightened to move. Since then, a kind staff member at the veterinary practice has been fostering him, giving him the time and patience he needs to begin coming out of his shell and build his confidence.
