About Frank

Frank and his sister Nancy were considered feral when they first arrived at Wellcat, but you’d never guess it looking at him now. He’s grown into a lovely, affectionate boy who enjoys a good cuddle. Now, he’s looking for a calm, loving forever home where he can finally settle down.
