Leo would love adopters who are around for most of the day and able to keep him company, gradually building up any time spent alone. He would be happy sharing his home with upper primary school children who have previous dog experience and he could potentially live with another dog given a successful meet at the centre. Leo loves his walks and gets very excited (and vocal!) when he knows he’s going out. He can get overstimulated on his adventures so would benefit from visiting quieter walking areas where he can learn to relax and enjoy his surroundings. He would also love having his own garden, allowing him an area to decompress. Meet Leo, an 8 year old King Charles Cavalier. He’s a super friendly, affectionate little guy who loves nothing more than being around his people. He’s content just being in your company, spending his time relaxing in a sunny spot nearby whilst you go about your day. Leo has an infectious fun, playful side and will rope you into a good game of fetch in the garden and he loves a gentle fuss as well. Leo has such a loveable demeanour - it’s impossible not to fall head over heels for him!
