People – Zuma is a friendly girl who loves people, she can be a little nervous initially but soon settles and then is your best friend Can I live with children – We have a limited history for Zuma so would advise older children. She is a big bouncy girl who could knock little children over Can I live with other dogs ­– Zuma is nervous around smaller dogs, she is fine with similar sized gentle dogs but could equally be rehomed as a single dog in the right home Can I live with cats – If resident cats are bold and used to full on bouncy dogs, then Zuma would be fine. She would be too much for a nervous feline friend and will need owners used to managing introductions. She does share her foster home with 2 very bold feline friends Health – There are no known health issues Out and about – Zuma is nervous of heavy traffic but is making good progress, it would appear she has missed out on early socialisation and so is on the nervous side, she looks to her handler for direction and is food motivated which helps hugely with her training. . Her foster is working on this with her and she is making good progress – this will be ongoing in her new home In the home – She has adjusted well in foster, housetraining is currently a work in progress but improving daily. She is fine to be left for short periods, this has been built gradually as she does have some separation anxiety. Zuma is clumsy and has no idea of her size, she loves a lap and a cuddle of an evening Type of home – Zuma will benefit from owners who know and love bullbreeds, she is stubborn, adorable and exasperating in equal measures. What she lacks in training she makes up with in devotion and humour. This girl makes her foster laugh daily with her antics! Time to train her and build her confidence are a must as is a good sized secure garden and owners who are around for most of the day Zuma has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatments PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL CONSIDER ALL APPLICATIONS IF THEY MATCH THE RE HOMING CRITERIA AS PLACED.
