Mini Millie

Stunning blue brindle beauty Mini Millie is a real sweetheart who thrives on the company of people. She bounces around our paddocks like a little spring lamb and likes to shake her favourite soft toy from time to time. Her pictures make her look much bigger than she is and in fact this petite comes in under 10kg Mini Millie does have a sensitive side and was wary of people entering her space in her previous home. She will need new owners who are prepared to follow all our advice and manage Mini Millie in such a way so that she feels at ease and supported in her new home. Mini Millie has previously lived in a home and has spent some time on foster. We have seen that Mini Millie can be unsure around other dogs and therefore is looking to be the only pet in the home and is not suited to live with either dogs or cats. Our rehoming team will give any new owners advice and guidance on how to support her best around dogs. Mini Millie, does have some medical needs that any future home will need to support her with, our clinical team will discuss these with any potential new owners. This sweet girl is not overly tactile and although she loves company, she can find hands on attention a bit much sometimes. She will need owners who can support her with her handling in a formal setting (such as veterinary care) and those who understand that less is more, and that she should be allowed to come over to people in her own time rather than be fawned over. Mini Millie will need new owners who have lower leaving hours and who are in a position to build up the time she is left slowly and positively. Mini Millie has tried very hard to keep her kennel nice and clean during her time with us and has continued to demonstrate this on foster, so she will need her own garden. She could live with teenagers, pending introductions on site. Her foster carers enjoy her charismatic and endearing character and have enjoyed supporting her and her behaviours while she is with them on foster, they have found that she loves a potter in the garden on warmer days and enjoys exploring in open spaces when its cool enough to do so, she has been housetrained while on foster also.
