Dobby is a handsome 4 month-old puppy who is still discovering the world and learning to find his paws. He can be a little sensitive and worried in new situations, but underneath that is a wonderfully affectionate boy who loves people, attention and being cuddled. Dobby is an active Malinois boy who is looking for a family who are confident and have experience with the breed, to ensure he can receive the best suited training to him, to help him mature into a well rounded gentleman. Dobby is looking for a patient family who will help him grow in confidence at his own pace. He would love a quiet home with a garden and, ideally, a calm, confident dog who is a role model figure to show him the ropes. With gentle introductions, positive experiences and lots of encouragement, we believe Dobby will blossom into a happy, playful and loyal companion. Dobby has shown to be underconfident with dogs who want to interact with him, especially in a playful manner. He displays typical vocalisations known to the breed and will prefer the other dog to remain calm when he meets. Dobby is looking for a family who understand the breed and know how best to apply his training to build his confidence with other dogs without overwhelming him. If he were to live with another, it would be very important for this dog to be able to read him well & give him plenty of space to approach them in his own time and build up his confidence very gradually. He would suit children aged 10+ who understand that sometimes he needs a little space. Dobby has so much potential and is ready to start his next chapter with a family who will help him discover just how wonderful the world can be. ❤️ He is a very clever Mali who enjoys training and has already shown to go to his bed and offer calm sits on his own offering nice manners with people!
