People – Initially Maggie can be very shy, it takes her a little time to make sure you are ok. Once bonded she adores human interaction and affection Can I live with children – We have a limited history for her so would advise older children or occasional visiting grandchildren with adequate supervision Can I live with other dogs ­–Maggie must be homed with another similar sized, social and confident dog. She takes confidence from them and loves to play Can I live with cats – She is fine to be rehomed with a bold feline or two Health – There are no known health issues Out and about – Maggie walks well on lead, enjoys being out and about and is confident with most sights and sounds. If she is at all nervous, she will follow the lead of her canine companion and look to her human for support. Maggie travels well in the car, she is settled and calm In the home – She has adjusted well in foster, Maggie is clean in the house, confident with all household sights and sounds. She is nervous initially with visitors to the home, with a little time she is then happy to interact and adores a cuddle. Patience is key with this little lady Type of home – Maggie would like owners with experience of nervous dogs, a totally secure garden is a must as this little lady will find any gap no matter how small. Patience and time to allow her to trust and bond is a must, with this patience the reward will be a companion that adores you and loves affection.
