Princess

Princess loves affection but she's looking for a family that is happy to take things slowly with her. She came into our care through no fault of her own and seems to lack confidence in a few areas. Princess was recently briefly rehomed but then began to be concerned about the male in the home, out of nowhere. We would advise that she have a few meets at the centre and for her family to allow her time to adjust to her new situation. She is a very sweet dog who loves to play and although she can be shy around new people, she's keen to say hello. She's food mad, so any titbits and snacks will quickly find yourself a place in Princess's heart! She's a little underweight at the moment but she does take her treats very gently despite this. Princess used to live with another dog but there were regular spats, so she's better suited to being the only pet at home, but with some chums for walkies. When she was younger, she was hit by a car so now is understandably worried by traffic so needs a home way from busy roads. Princess can live with older high school aged children but not other pets, although she will walk with some dogs. She is house trained but not used to spending time home alone.
