Woody

Woody loves spending time with his people, and is a friendly boy. He is fully house-trained, and settles well in a home environment. Woody finds the centre quite stressful, so is currently living with his current owners until we can find him a new home. Woody would love to sleep on the bed with his new owners, and enjoys playing with his toys. When Woody gets a bit over-excited, he can be a bit humpy but this isn't common for him and he is easily redirected with a toy or some treats. He is a gorgeous boy with lots of love to give. He will make his new family so very happy! Meet handsome chappy, Woody! Woody is a 6-year old American Bulldog X Staffy who is looking for his forever home. Woody may be able to live with a calm, female resident dog pending a successful meet in the centre, but is also happy to be the only dog. He would prefer for all children to be of secondary school age and above as he can jump up to say hello! Woody is a sweet boy, who loves to get out for his fun sniffy adventures! He walks well on lead, but can pull at times if excited. He travels well in the car, so would make a wonderful adventure buddy for an active family! Woody is also happy being left for 4-6 hours with a break once settled, but would love to have someone home with him to cuddle up on the sofa with! Woody loves his swims, and exploring woodland where he can get his nose down. He loves meeting new people and gets quite excited, enjoying a good fuss. He is a very clever boy, and has a few tricks up his sleeve including sit, bed, come, leave, out and has good recall. We can't wait to see this gorgeous lad in his forever home!
