People – Myla is a friendly girl who loves her people, she is social and enjoys human attention Can I live with children – We are looking for a calmer home, so older teenagers or occasional visiting grandchildren with adequate supervision please Can I live with other dogs ­– Myla must be the only dog in the home, she is fine out and about but will not share her home with other dogs Can I live with cats – A feline free home please Health – Myla has been diagnosed with Cushings Disease – this will require lifelong medication and blood tests. This will not be insurable as is now a pre existing condition. We will be rehoming Myla on a Supported Adoption for her Health needs. We will discuss in full with suitable applicants. Her condition is currently well controlled and she is active and enjoying life Out and about – She travels well in the car, is happy and confident out and about and really enjoys her walks. Myla walks well on lead and is well mannered when meeting other dogs out and about. Myla is a well rounded happy companion, please don’t let her Cushings prevent her from having her happy ever after In the home – She has settled well in foster and is used to all normal household sights and sounds. Her Cushings does mean that Myla needs regular access to toilet, so long as she has access, she is clean in the house. Myla is confident and social with visitors to the home and is happy to engage Type of home – We are looking for new owners who are around for a most of the day, an understanding of Cushing’s Disease would be great but is not essential. A willingness to give Myla a home where she is happy and loved is the priority. She will need owners able to ensure she has her walks and where they are able to monitor her health and attend vet appointments when needed PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL CONSIDER ALL APPLICATIONS IF THEY MATCH THE RE HOMING CRITERIA AS PLACED.
