Saffy

We don’t have too much previous history on Saffy, but from what we have seen from her since being in foster, she is the sweetest girl who just wants to be around her people and spend her time snoozing on the sofa and going out on adventures. She really is a lovely girl with so much love to give. She’s affectionate, playful and full of character, and we just want to find her a home where she’ll be loved, included and given the time and patience she needs. She is only a young girl, so she just needs a home that is going to carry on with her training and get her out socialising and seeing the world. Saffy is a lovely 1 year old scruffy Lurcher with such a sweet personality. She’s an affectionate, cuddly girl who loves nothing more than getting comfy on the sofa with you. She’s a typical young girl, she loves playing with her toys, going for walks and exploring new places. She’s a fun girl and always happy to be involved in whatever you’re doing. Because she's tall and bouncy girl and gets very excited, she would best suit a home with confident secondary-school aged children. Saffy is currently undersocialised, which means she can get vocal when she spots other dogs out and about. So, having controlled gentle introductions with calm dogs would benefit Saffy to build up her confidence. She does struggle being left alone and can be vocal and may have toileting accidents. This will need time and patience from her new owners to work through this. And for this reason, she needs a home where someone is around throughout the day for company. Any time spent alone would need to be built up very slowly and only once she is feeling settled and secure in her new home.
