Captain

Captain is a friendly and playful boy with a big personality and plenty of love to give. He’s a very food-motivated cat with an excellent appetite, and he’s clearly a smart lad too. In fact, within just a few weeks of arriving at his foster home, Captain had worked out how to open the doors! Captain loves playing and has some favourite toys that keep him entertained. He’s an active, curious cat who enjoys being involved in whatever is going on around him. He’s also a real people-cat. Captain enjoys company, likes a fuss and is wonderfully chatty, often holding conversations with his humans throughout the day. If you're looking for a cat who wants to be part of the family rather than just observe from a distance, Captain could be the perfect match. Captain has shown that he can get along well with other cats. He particularly enjoys playing with and being a great foster dad to the foster kittens in his current foster home. However, he can be a little more challenging with adult cats and has occasionally displayed some aggression towards them. Because of this, any introductions to existing pets would need to be managed slowly and carefully. He may do well as an only cat or with a confident younger kitten companion following a gradual introduction process. Captain is looking for a home that will appreciate his playful nature, intelligence and affectionate personality. In return, he’ll provide plenty of entertainment, companionship and conversation. He does have a slightly cloudy eye but is all okay and not causing him any pain, he may have a slight loss of vision in this eye.
