Larry

Larry is looking for an understanding family who can help him feel safe and settled while continuing to build his confidence. He would ideally like a home in a low-traffic area, as he has displayed typical Collie traits around fast-moving traffic. Larry loves human company and cannot initially be left alone, so any time spent home alone would need to be introduced gradually and built up at his own pace. In return, Larry will make a wonderful, affectionate companion for someone who loves Collies and is looking for a loyal boy to share plenty of walks, cuddles and quiet time with. Larry is a lovely 6-year-old Collie who is affectionate, friendly and always ready to greet new people with a waggy tail! He adores his family and loves nothing more than a cuddle with his favourite people. Larry enjoys getting out for multiple walks each day, but is equally happy settling down for some quiet time at home. He can live with secondary school-aged children, but would need to be the only pet in the home. Larry is worried when meeting other dogs and can occasionally be reactive, so he would benefit from having calm walking companions to help him build his confidence and continue developing his dog socialisation skills.
