"Biscuit by name, biscuit by nature!" is the perfect way to describe Cookie—he really is one clever cookie! He's a super friendly boy who loves meeting new people and is always happy to stop for a fuss, without being overly demanding of attention. Cookie also travels brilliantly in the car, making him the perfect companion for adventures. Cookie is a super sweet 2-year-old Lurcher looking for patient, confident owners who can help him continue building his confidence around other dogs. Due to limited socialisation, he can be reactive, but he's already making great progress and enjoys having walking friends. Regular positive interactions with calm dogs will help him continue to grow in confidence. Cookie could potentially live with another dog following a successful meet at the centre, can live with secondary school-aged children, and can be left for a couple of hours once this has been built up gradually. A home with a private garden would also be beneficial to help manage his reactivity around other dogs.
