Bubbles

Bubbles is ready to burst into your life! This affectionate, lively Lurcher may be a little particular about her personal space when it comes to other dogs, but when it comes to people she’s full of love, enthusiasm and plenty of bounce. She’s a mature girl with a real lust for life and would love to find someone who can help her make the most of it! Bubbles loves getting out and about and enjoys her walks, particularly when she has plenty of space to sniff and explore. Despite being an older lady, she has lots of energy and would adore regular opportunities to stretch her legs and enjoy some zoomies in a secure area. She’s a real people person who loves a fuss and knows her name, sit and paw. Bubbles can become quite excited when meeting people and may be bouncy, so her new family will need to help her practise some calmer greetings. She is also happiest around other dogs when they give her plenty of space and will let them know if they get too close, so she is looking for a home where she can enjoy being your one-and-only. Bubbles will need a patient and understanding home with a private, secure garden, as well as owners who are happy to walk her on lead and muzzle in public. She would benefit from quieter walking routes with green spaces where she can avoid busy areas and other dogs, and her family should feel confident advocating for her space. She isn't suitable to live with other dogs, cats or small furries, and would be best suited to an adult-only home. Bubbles is house trained and has shown she can settle nicely when left, although she will need time to adjust to her new surroundings and a gradual build-up of alone time. Her new family should also continue her positive muzzle training and give her the chance to move away and decompress when she feels overwhelmed. In return, they’ll have a loving, lively and wonderfully characterful companion who is ready to enjoy her next chapter!
