Rosso

Adult home only as a worried shy boy who is worried of loud noises and hides until he feels safe He loves the outdoors life so a nice area/garden for him to explore would be great. As he is nervous he would appreciate plenty of plant pots and places to hide behind in his garden. Would recommend gradual introductions to outside when settled into new home. Ideally, these introductions should be done through a garden and away from roads. Rosso was really bonded to the cat he lived with previously so should be okay to live with a cat again. He would prefer not to live with dogs. Small pets should be securely housed. Rosso is a really shy boy who will need someone with plenty of patience, kindness and understanding. He can be quite nervous and will take time to build his confidence, but he is starting to show us just how much he wants to trust. The lovely news is that Rosso has started accepting fuss and even enjoys a little paddy pawing! These may seem like small steps, but for Rosso they are huge milestones. He will need a quiet, understanding home where he can go at his own pace, with no pressure or expectations. His new family will need to be prepared for his progress to take time, but watching him gradually come out of his shell will be incredibly rewarding. Rosso may not be the sort of boy who runs straight into your arms, but with patience, love and consistency, we hope his confidence will continue to grow. If you would like to meet this cat prior to rehoming, as a minimum you will be able to see the cat, but this may be the extent of the interaction due to his nervousness.
